The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE) seeks providers (individuals/organizations) to offer education improvement services: supporting the eleven Conditions for School Effectiveness, advising/consulting to ESE in school improvement design, serving as school/district Lead Partner, and conducting research and evaluation. Focus areas for these services include: data systems to support instruction, educator effectiveness, standards and assessments, and the turnaround of struggling schools. These providers will work in cooperation with state, district, and school staff members, principals, teachers, community partners, and other providers.
