The project includes full construction of an energy efficient, zero-net energy building (ZNEB) building. The FRTC will consist of a two-story, 22,000 square foot building (11,000 s.f. footprint). The FRTC will provide a centralized bus depot and pulse point on a 1.8 acre parcel on the southeast corner of Olive Street and Bank Row in the heart of Greenfield's Central Business District. The FTRC will accommodate all of Franklin Regional Transit Authority's (FRTA) fixed-route bus lines, private intercity service, paratransit, taxi and human service transportation in the region, as well as administrative offices for the FRTA and Franklin Regional Council of Government (FRCOG). Construction also includes site work and landscaping at the site. The deadline for submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is Thursday, June 17, 2010 by 1:00 p.m. RFQ Information Meeting is Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
