The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition intends is contracting for statewide Early Intervention services with Certified Early Intervention Programs to provide comprehensive, integrated services, to children age 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delay, utilizing a family centered approach to facilitate the developmental progress of eligible children. Early Intervention services are designed to meet the developmental needs of each child and the needs of the family related to enhancing the child's development. This is a rolling enrollment procurement. Providers will be added to the contract as proposals are received and approved.
