This Statewide Contract (SWC) is for the purchase of laboratory supplies, *minor equipment and furnishings that are used in a healthcare or scientific type laboratory which would include but is not limited to clinical, environmental, and educational settings. The Contract has a Scientific Educational Category intended to meet the scientific and educational needs of the school age population grades K-12. Individual items costing more than $50,000 are not covered under the scope of the HSP34 Contract and may not be purchased from it. The type of items to be purchased would commonly be found in a catalog or a price list. The installation and setup of *minor equipment and furnishing will be covered under the Contract. *Minor is defined as individual items costing less than $50,000.
